Step 01

Select E-Design Package

After you select and purchase your E-Design package, your designer will send you a link to fill out a questionnaire asking you for details about your project. Along with the questionnaire we will send you a welcome package with instructions on how to measure your space. Once submitted, you will be contacted to schedule a complimentary 1-hour design consultation which will take place over the phone. In preparation for the phone consultation, we ask you to provide photos of your existing space, as well as inspiration images for your project. During your call, a designer will go over your needs in detail and make sure we are all on the same page.

Step 02

Receive Design Boards

When the design is complete, you will receive the following deliverable via email:

• A detailed floor plan for your space (not included with the Kitchen and Bathroom Refresh)
• Inspiration images Furniture Selection – including art, rugs, and accessory selection (elevation provided when needed)
• Material Selection – including flooring, tiles, grout, paint selection, window treatments, pillows, light fixtures, all plumbing fixtures, and plumbing accessories (to include toilet paper holder, towel bar, robe hook, and towel ring)

Step 03

Leave Feedback

This is an opportunity for you to leave feedback for your designer regarding any changes. This package includes one round of revisions. If additional revisions are required, time will be billed at the hourly rate of $120 an hour.

Step 04

Shop the Look

Once you are happy with your design boards, your designer will send you shopping links to purchase all furniture, materials, and accessory pieces. Your shopping list will be provided by a link to your personalized Pinterest Board.

Step 05

Room Guide – Design notes on how to pull your project together.

Along with the Shopping Links, your designer will outline a detailed personal design installation guide for the project. This will include any specific details, useful tips and tricks that will help you implement the design in your home.
