Our Atlanta studio gave this 2004 home its first renovation. We transformed the dark interiors to a light, fresh look with a mix of new materials and furniture tied to traditional elements to stay true to the overall home design. The kitchen got a full renovation with fresh white and gray counters, cabinets, backsplash and appliances, along with chic new furniture, lighting, and accessories for both the kitchen and breakfast area. In the formal dining room, we designed around the client’s furniture, rug, and chandelier, adding new side-chair seat fabric, upholstered host and hostess chairs, and accessories.
The family room and formal sitting room got comfortable new furniture, lighting, art, window treatments in warm, neutral hues, and we updated the color of the family room’s stone fireplace. We gave the powder room an elegant look with Damask wallpaper, a chair rail, sleek lighting, and a new vanity with dark cabinets. In the master suite we kept the existing chandelier as it fit the light, calming look perfectly and fully renovated the bathroom with stunning new tile work, cabinets, countertops, and lighting.
